       菲律宾丝绸之路国际商会讯：2020年全国上市公司共建“一带一路”国际合作论坛12月20日在深圳举办。在开幕式上，全国工商联常务副主席徐乐江，中国贸促会会长高燕，广东省人民政府副省长王曦，中国上市公司协会会长宋志平分别发表致词。本会创会主席蔡聪妙大使在首场“发挥自身优势，助力全球抗疫合作”论坛上担任开场发言嘉宾，并发表视频致辞。

       论坛以“携手应对挑战合作促进共赢”为主题，围绕“开展全球抗疫合作，推动构建人类命运共同体”、“推进数字经济发展，共建数字丝绸之路”、“提升国际合作水平，构建新发展格局”、“强化国际产业协同，助力粤港澳大湾区建设”四项议题展开研讨。

       在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延的紧要关头，中国上市公司充分发挥行业优势，积极参与团结抗疫国际合作。上市公司积极分享中国的抗疫经验，就打通全球抗疫物资“生命线”，切实履行企业社会责任，推动境外项目复工复产，维护全球产业链稳定等展开讨论。

       首场“发挥自身优势，助力全球抗疫合作”论坛上，中国人民大学国际关系学院教授、博士生导师，国际事务研究所所长王义桅担任另一位开场发言嘉宾；中国外运股份有限公司，大连港集团，稳健医疗用品股份有限公司，深圳迈瑞生物医疗电子股份有限公司，中国中材国际工程股份有限公司等高级领导，以及巴基斯坦驻华大使和老挝驻华大使分别发言并参与讨论。深圳电视台财经生活高端访谈栏目《亚洲人物》主持人彩云担任主持人。

       蔡聪妙大使发言表示：“当今世界正经历百年未有的大变局。正在发生的严重流行病夺走了数百万人的生命，给人类的经济和社会发展带来了灾难性的影响。目前，全球新冠病毒疫情仍在蔓延，一些国家正面临第二波威胁。与病毒抗争，稳定我们的经济和保护我们的民生还有很长的路要走。

       新冠病毒是我们的共同敌人，我们应牢牢把握经济和社会复苏的前提和关键，加强抗疫的合作。因此，我们需要加强区域合作，以促进疫情后的恢复，推进“一带一路”建设，共同创造人类美好的未来。

       我们非常高兴地看到，在疫情爆发后，中国政府已采取了强有力的措施来控制疫情的蔓延，并毫无保留地分享他们的预防、控制和治疗经验，并向其他国家和国际组织提供了援助。中国在抗击疫情方面的胜利给了世界很大的信心。

       自菲律宾发生疫情以来，中国政府已向菲律宾提供了多轮抗疫援助，中国地方政府和企业也积极向菲律宾提供了抗疫援助。此外，中国驻菲律宾使领馆通过地方政府和非政府组织，向受疫情影响的有需要的人们提供了“友谊包”。

       首先，中国有巨大的市场机会。据估计，未来10年中国将进口超过22万亿美元的外国商品。在上个月结束的第三届中国进口博览会上，有40多家菲律宾公司与中国进口商签署了总额达数亿美元的出口订单，其中包括热带水果、海鲜和保健食品。中国是菲律宾最大的贸易伙伴，也是最大的出口目的地。两国工商界可以进一步利用中国国际进口博览会、广交会、中国东盟博览会等平台，扩大双边经贸合作，共同促进两国经济复苏与发展，更好地使他们的人民受益。

       第二，互利共赢的开放机会。面对疫情后的经济复苏，中国和菲律宾携手计划未来的发展，并稳步推进“一带一路”倡议和“大建特建”计划，为菲律宾经济复苏创造新的增长点。中菲政府间合作项目总体进展顺利，为菲律宾的经济复苏带来了希望。迄今为止，两国已经完成了11个政府间合作项目，涉及毒品管制、反恐、粮食安全、广播电视服务等领域。正在执行6个项目，正在规划18个项目，涉及道路和铁路、防洪和灌溉等基础设施以及其他民生项目。

       本次论坛由中国贸促会、全国工商联、广东省人民政府、世界贸易中心协会主办，深圳市人民政府、深圳证券交易所、广东省贸促会、广东省工商联承办。来自“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的政府部门、工商界、专业机构、企业等的代表400余人参加了线下论坛，100余位嘉宾以在线方式参会。
